Response to Submissions lodged

RES can confirm the Response to Submissions (RtS) was submitted to the NSW Department for Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE) on 31 May 2020. The RtS was accepted and put on public display by DPIE on 2^nd June 2020. The RtS was supported by an Amendment Report which sets out project changes since the Development Application and Environmental Impact Statement was submitted in 2018.  Both the RtS and Amendment Report can be viewed at the Planning Portal here.
